Flexible Connectors

RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS

All designs available: Spool-Type, Wide Arch, Spherical, Low Spring Rate Type. Sizes range from 1" ID to 72" ID. Manufacturing capability to 144" ID. (Tooling is available to manufacture all non-stock sizes.). Modifications to design include: Multi-Arch and Filled-Arch. Standard Elastomers include: Butyl, Neoprene, Nitrile, Hypalon^®, Natural, EPDM, Viton^®; and FEP. U-Type expansion joints are also manufactured in Rectangular, Oval and Round configurations with internal or external flanges for Turbine/Condenser or Piping/Ducting services.

METAL EXPANSION JOINTS

The manufacturing processes include Hydro-Formed and Mechanical Formed Bellows. High-Corr or Low-Corr. Modifications to design include: Universal, tied and externally pressurized. Available with flanged or welded ends. Single or Multi-Ply. Standard in stainless steel, but available in a variety of exotic metals. Sizes from 1 to 24 with manufacturing capability to 72 .

TEFLON EXPANSION JOINTS

Called: Couplings, Expansion Joints or Bellows. Sizes from 1 to 12" in PFA Teflon^®.
In-stock sizes from 1" ID to 12" ID and are available in 2, 3 and 5 Convolutions. Also
available in PTFE Teflon^®, in sizes from 14" ID through 24" ID in 3 and 5 convolutions.
Designed primarily for Chemical services, the inexpensive cost and short face-to-face
lengths make this product universal in application.
 

RUBBER PIPE/VIBRATION DAMPENERS

For Vibration/Noise Reduction or lateral movements, pipe is stocked from 1" ID to 24" ID in lengths from 12" to 48" . Standard Elastomers are Neoprene and Butyl, other elastomers are available.

FLEXIBLE METAL HOSE CONNECTORS

Wire braid covered annular corrugated hose of stainless steel or bronze is stocked in ID sizes to 14" . Available with flanged, welded or threaded ends. Special hose assemblies can be manufactured to customer specification with: No Braid, One Braid or Two Braids and a selection of end fittings.

LOW TORQUE GASKETS

For Plastic, Fiberglass, Glass or other piping which require minimum sealing forces. Manufactured in EPDM (with peroxide cure) and EPDM (with PTFE Film). Sizes are available from 1/2" ID to 12" ID.

NON-METALLIC EXPANSION JOINTS/FAN CONNECTORS

A complete line of dusting expansion joints available in round or rectangular sizes with flanged or flat belt profiles. Nor applications in, Chemical/Petrochemical, Industrial, Power and Pulp & Paper Industries. Elastomeric elements are offered for systems operating below 400°F and are manufactured of Viton®, Butyl, EPDM or other elastomers.
