Concrete bonder new to old, span repair non-skid coating.
Mixing ratio 2:1 mix for a minimum of three minutes. Mixing can be facilitated by using a Jiffy mixer and a 600 rpm drill. W-1400 is manufactured in two types: Type I for temperatures 680F to 104°F. Type II for temperatures 40°F to 68°F. Pot life Type I 1 hour at 77°F. Type II 20 minutes at 77°F. Part "A" amber Part "B" amber. Mixed epoxy amber. Cure time 3 days at 77°F.
Use as epoxy mortar, add 6-10 parts of dry aggregate to mixed W-1400. Prime all areas where epoxy mortar will be placed. Primer coverage 20 mils or 80 square feet per gallon. Never thin W-1400 as solvents will prevent proper cure. Bring W-1400 to 75°F to facilitate mixing and prevent shock on cold surfaces.
1 year minimum in unopened containers.
Use barrier creams and disposable rubber gloves. Wash with soap and water. Do not wash hands with solvents. Epoxies contain chemical compounds that may cause allergic skin and respiratory reaction. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get in eyes or on skin. Use only with adequate ventilation. wash thoroughly after handling.
Wash before epoxy has set with acetone, MEK, Xylene, or toluene, these are all flammable materials. After scraping off excess material, use rags and solvent to finish cleanup. See above handling precautions.
