Pressure injection epoxy to restore bonded integrity of Concrete floors and walls, wood trusses, concrete toppings, and tile overlayments.
Mixing ratio: 2:1. Due to the short pot life of this material it is recommended for use in pressure injection machines only. Pot life is 6-9 minutes at 77° F. Cure time 24 hours at 77° F. Part "A" color light amber, Part "B" color dark amber, mixed color amber. W-I000 is moisture insensitive and may be applied to dry or wet surfaces. Surfaces must be clean. It meets various state requirements for injection epoxy including Caltrans 8040-01F-02. Note: check mixing ratio by periodically pumping W-1000 into a cup, the material should heat and set in about 12 minutes. Do not apply to surfaces below 40° F. Inject cracks when they are at their widest opening
Tensile strength 9000 PSI Compressive strength 15600 PSI Tensile elongation 2% Flextural strength 9400 PSI.
1 year minimum in unopened containers
Use barrier creams and disposable rubber gloves. Wash with soap and water. Do not wash hands with solvents. Epoxies contain chemical compounds that may cause allergic skin and respiratory reaction. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get in eyes or on skin. Use only with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly after handling
Wash before epoxy has set with acetone, MEK, Xylene, or toluene, these are all flammable materials. After scraping off excess material, use rags and solvent to finish cleanup. See above handling precautions.
