Flexi-Seal

Uses:

Sealing interior construction joints and saw cut control joints.

Technical Data:

Mixing ratio 1:1 color mixed cement grey Flexi-Seal is designed to protect control joints from spalling due to forklift traffic. Flexi-Seal will not cause control pints to span due to its flexible characteristics. Joints must be clean and dry before applying Flexi-Seal. Flexi-Seal can be poured or pumped into joints. Overfill the Joints and use a mechanical sander or grinder to make the Joint material flush with the floor. Maximum joint width 3/8 inch.

Tensile strength 650 PSI-Tensile elongation 250%-Compression strength 5900 PSI-Shore A hardness 70. Adhesion 234 lbs.

Shelf Life:

1 year minimum in unopened containers.

Handling:

Use barrier creams and disposable rubber gloves. Wash with soap and water. Do not wash hands with solvents. Epoxies contain chemical compounds that may cause allergic skin and respiratory reaction. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get in eyes or on skin. Use only with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly after handling.

Tool Cleanup:

Wash before epoxy has set with acetone, MEK, Xylene, or toluene, these are all flammable materials. After scraping off excess material, use rags and solvent to finish cleanup. See above handling precautions.
