Can be used to bond new concrete to old on dry or wet surfaces, no standing water, set anchor bolts, mix with aggregates for epoxy mortar, bonds concrete to asphaltic surfaces. Bonds wood and metal to each other and to concrete.
Mixing ratio 1:1 mix for a minimum of three minutes or until uniform color is obtained. Mixing can be facilitated by using a Jiffy mixer and a 600 rpm drill. Part "A" white Part "B" black uniform color grey. Working pot life 90 minutes at 77° F. Cure time 24 hours at 77° F. Thin films will take longer to cure. Bring LPL Bonder to 75°F to facilitate mixing and prevent shock on cold surfaces. Do not apply to surfaces that are under 50°F. Do not thin LPL Bonder as solvents will prevent proper cure. Coverage as bonder 20 mils or 80 square feet per gallon.
One year minimum unopened.
By volume 1:4 LPL Bonder to aggregate. By weight 1:5 LPL Bonder to aggregate. Always use dry aggregates. Moisture will cause air pockets. Physical properties: Compression. Plain, no aggregates added 11s000 psi. Aggregates added: 9250 psi. Bond strength: 1800 psi.

Use barrier creams and disposable rubber gloves. Wash with soap and water. Do not wash hands with solvents. Epoxies contain chemical compounds that may cause allergic skin and respiratory reaction. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get in eyes or on skin. Use only with adequate ventilation. E Wash thoroughly after handling.
Wash before epoxy has set with acetone, MEK, Xylene, or toluene, these are all flammable materials. After scraping off excess material, use rags and solvent to finish cleanup. See above handling precautions.
