Seal and Tilt

 

Uses:

Tilt-up bondbreaker, lift slab bondbreaker, steel and wood form release.

Technical data:

Light, very sprayable consistency, sprayable at 35° F. Apply Seal and Tilt immediately after final troweling as this is your primary bondbreaker coat on tilt-up projects. Concrete treated with Seal and Tilt may be painted using standard painting procedures. Primer is recommended. Tile, carpets, hardeners, and sealers may be applied over concrete treated with Seal and Tilt. Follow manufacturer's instructions on surface preparation prior to applying hardeners, sealers, and epoxy coatings over surfaces treated with Seal and Tilt. Power scrubbing is recommended. Meets air pollution requirements.

Application:

By hand or power sprayer.

Coverage:

400 square feet per gallon as the primary bondbreaker coat. 400 square feet per gallon as the final, bondbreaker coat. Forms: steel, 1000 feet per gallon. Wood, 800 square feet per gallon.

1 year minimum in unopened containers
