An advanced, self leveling, 100% solids, two component, rapid curing joint filler.

Uses:

• To fill interior random cracks, damaged control joints, or new contraction joints on horizontal concrete.
• Design specifically for industrial floor applications wihich recieve heavy vehicle traffic, such as forklifts.
• Highly flexible, allowing small slab movement, yet strong enough to protect the vertical edges of concrete from spalling under extreme loading.

Surface Preparation:

Surface must be clean, solid and dry.

Coverage:

22pz. cartridge yields 39 cubic inchs of HI-Tech Flexible Fluid Polyurea Elastomer.

Shelf Life:

1 year in original unopened containers. Store at 55°F-95°F

Handling:

Use barrier creams and disposable rubber gloves. Wash with soap and water. Do not wash hands with solvents. Epoxies contain chemical compounds that may cause allergic skin and respiratory reaction. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get in eyes or on skin. Use only with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly after handling.

Cleanup:

Cured product may be disposed of without restriction. Excess liquid A and B material should be mixed together and allowed to cure, prior to disposal. Metal tools should be cleaned within an hour after use.

Limitations:

• Do not thin...solvents will prevent a proper cure from happening.
• Not for sealing cracks under hydrostatic pressure.
• Material is a vapor barrier after cure.
• Minimum age of concrete must be 21-28 days, depending on curing and drying conditions prior to applications.
• Not to be used in moving cracks or expansion joints.

Warnings:

Do not use near high heat or open flame.
