1-215 HM

An epoxy Bonding Agent, 1-215 HM is a two component, 100% solids, high modulus, moisture insensitive, structural adhesive for bonding new concrete to old concrete, patching and grouting wet and dry surfaces.

GRADES TYPES

a) 1-215 HM . . For horizontal surfaces.
b) 1-215 HM Gel . . . For vertical applications.
c) 1-215 HM LV . . . Low viscosity for application by sprayer

Surface Preparation:

Application surfaces should be clean and sound. Surface may be dry or damp, but must be free of standing water.

Product Mixing:

  1. Stir each component separately.
  2. Blend 1 part of base to 1 part of reactor by volume mix completely
  3. When preparing grout, mix in 3 parts aggregate by volume using a slow speed electric drill with paddle (For flowable or self-leveling grout, mix in 2 parts aggregate by volume )

Application:

As an Adhesive: Mixed material may be applied by brush, roller or spray Fresh concrete should be placed within one hour after coating.

As a Grout: Fill cavity with mortar, tamp and strike off level with surrounding surface.
